Sound Animals' Growl Class
Dog to dog aggression is a difficult and stressful problem. Many of us avoid taking our dogs on walks or go out late at night so that we do not run into another dog. Then because we are now afraid to meet other dogs, we become nervous around other dogs our selves, thus making the problem worse. Our Growl class is designed to help relieve the stress, remove the negative behaviors, and even have our dogs learn to have fun around other dogs.
One of the hardest things about having a dog that is aggressive with other dogs, either on leash or off, is the ability to find willing partners for us to socialize our dogs. All of the dogs in our Growl class have "issues" with other dogs so we are all in this together. All dogs are muzzled so no one has to worry about their dog hurting or being hurt by another dog.
The goals of this class are:
1. Keeping the dogs focused on the handler instead of the other dogs.
2. Work with commands like "stay" and "heel" to help with managing the behaviors.
3. Allow the dogs that can, to try and meet and even play with other dogs.
The cost of the class is $245 for a 6 week class. The class is limited to 8 dogs maximum.
Please do not bring your dog on the first night of class.
We work with any dog, no matter the problem.
